Let’s Knock Something Down

Request a bid for demolition, abatement or site preparation.

Send the job site address, the scope and your schedule. Plans, survey reports and photos help us bid it right the first time.

Calls are answered 24/7 by a live person.

Send us what you’ve got. Address, access, notes, sketches, timing and any survey or lab reports all help, and a phone photo or napkin sketch works too. The more we know up front, the faster we can get you a straight number. If something is still unknown, just say so and we’ll work from there. Your information is used only to review your project and follow up with you. Most projects are reviewed within one business day.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Optional: Upload photos, plans or reports—up to 5 files, 24 MB total.

    Accepted files and larger uploads

PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, MOV, MP4, M4V, MP3. For larger files, paste a sharing link in your project details above.

    Project Review questions

What happens after I submit the project information?

SoCal Removal reviews the available scope, documents, access conditions, schedule, disposal needs, and regulatory considerations. We then identify the appropriate next step for pricing, a site review, or bid planning.

Can SoCal Removal confirm abatement pricing without a complete survey?

Not reliably. Pricing depends on project-specific information that identifies the materials, locations, quantities, and condition. Additional sampling or independent consultant input may be needed before the contractor scope can be defined.

What information is most useful for demolition or site-preparation pricing?

Send the project address, work limits, drawings, photos, access and occupancy conditions, requested schedule, material quantities, disposal requirements, and any owner, public-works, insurance, or prevailing-wage requirements that apply.

Does SoCal Removal accept bid invitations and public works inquiries?

Yes. General contractors, owners, developers, consultants, and public agencies may send plans, specifications, bid forms, addenda, environmental reports, site access requirements, and the bid due date for review.

    Project-specific conditions still require review

Surveys, sampling, design documents, permits, agency requirements, access, utilities, occupancy, waste profiling, transportation, disposal, and sequencing can affect the confirmed scope. Independent consultants, laboratories, engineers, or agencies may be required depending on the project.
