When removal opens a wall, ceiling, floor or slab, we can put it back: drywall, paint, concrete and asphalt patch-back, priced with the removal so one contractor closes out the work.

What We Put Back
Patch-back that closes out the removal
This work is priced as part of our removal and site projects. Specialty trades are performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors where the law requires.

Drywall and ceilings
Board hung, taped and textured to match the surrounding surface as closely as practical: $5.25–$7 per square foot.

Painting
Prep, primer and two coats on walls and ceilings: $3.70–$4.75 per square foot of surface.

Concrete slab replacement
Base prep, forms, concrete and finish for a 4 in. slab after the old one is removed: $15.75–$20 per square foot.

Asphalt patch-back
Saw-cut edges, base prep, tack and hot mix at 4 in.: $11.25–$13.50 per square foot.

Trim and small finish items
Base, trim and the small items that let a space reopen after flooring or interior removal.

Licensed specialty trades
Plumbing, electrical and flooring installation tied to the removal scope, by appropriately licensed subcontractors where required.

We match the surrounding texture and finish as closely as practical. An exact color or texture match is not guaranteed.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
When they are part of the removal scope, plumbing and electrical work is performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors where the law requires.
What does drywall replacement cost after asbestos removal?
Our published 2026 price is $5.25–$7 per square foot hung, taped and textured, plus $3.70–$4.75 per square foot of surface to prime and paint.
