Regulated asbestos removal is performed by an appropriately licensed and Cal/OSHA-registered abatement contractor, under subcontract to SoCal Removal. We review the survey, define the scope and responsibility interfaces, sequence the work, and carry out the demolition or renovation that follows — so you hold one contract and deal with one accountable party.
Verify our license at CSLB — we would rather you check.

Pollution coverage that actually responds
Most demolition subcontractors carry general liability and stop there. General liability policies exclude pollution conditions — which is precisely the exposure on a job involving lead, mold or asbestos dust. And most contractors pollution policies carve asbestos, lead and mold back out again, which leaves the same hole in a different place.
Ours do not. Those exclusions are deleted by endorsement, so the coverage responds to the work we actually do. If you are a general contractor or an owner, it is worth asking every bidder on your project two questions: do you carry contractors pollution liability, and are asbestos, lead and mold excluded from it?
Naming your company on our policy
We carry blanket additional insured coverage, so we can add your company to our policy without waiting on the carrier. Send the exact entity name and address and you will have the certificate the same day.
