Company safety program
Our Safety Program
Safety on our projects runs on written programs, trained crews, a qualified person in charge of every job and records an owner or GC can review.
Track record

On every project
- PlanReview surveys, plans and site conditions, and set the control for each hazard before mobilization.

Written programs
Our Injury and Illness Prevention Program includes a Code of Safe Practices for demolition and site work. It is backed by a Heat Illness Prevention Plan for outdoor sites and indoor work areas, a Hazard Communication program with a chemical inventory and safety data sheets, a respiratory protection program with fit testing and medical evaluation, and lead compliance procedures for work that disturbs lead-containing paint or coatings.
Training and certification
Every worker gets a site orientation before the first shift: the hazards on that job, the controls in place, emergency procedures and who to report to. Task training covers heat illness, hazard communication, respiratory protection, fall protection and equipment safety. Lead work is performed by CDPH-certified personnel, and the firm holds EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting certification.
Specialty vendors
Asbestos abatement and other specialty work is performed by licensed, registered vendors under annual service agreements, working under our supervision and site rules. Their safety documents are collected before they mobilize.
Records available for prequalification
On request we send our IIPP, EMR letter, training and certification records, toolbox meeting records, certificates of insurance and safety data sheets for products used on your project. Licensing, registration, insurance and bonding details are on our Qualifications page.
