Website Terms

These Website Terms apply to use of socalremoval.com. Project-specific contracts, work authorizations, change orders, bid forms, specifications, addenda, and other project documents are issued separately and control the actual scope, price, schedule, and responsibilities for any job. Prices in the cost guide are budget estimates, not offers or quotes; the written proposal governs.

SoCal Removal is the trade name of Abajian Enterprise dba SoCal Removal, a California licensed contractor operating under CSLB License #980451 with A, B and C-21 classifications and HAZ and ASB certifications (ASB for bidding purposes only).

Public licenses, certifications, and selected project planning resources are maintained separately on the Project Forms & Documents page.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit information to us through the Site.

3. Informational Purpose Only

This Site provides general information about demolition, abatement, environmental contractor field work, site preparation, renovation support, and related construction services. The Site does not create a contractor-client relationship, does not provide legal advice, and does not replace a written agreement signed by the parties.

If these Website Terms conflict with an executed contract, work authorization, change order, bid form, purchase order, subcontract, public works requirement, or project-specific document, the signed project document controls for that project.

4. Prices and Cost Information

Prices, unit prices, ranges, minimums and worked examples on the Site, including downloadable price sheets, are budget estimates for general information. They are not offers, bids or quotes and cannot be accepted to form a contract. Prices may change without notice and may contain errors, which we may correct at any time. The price, scope and terms for any project are set only by a written proposal or contract signed by SoCal Removal, and actual costs depend on site conditions, quantities, materials found, schedule, agency requirements and the documents provided.

5. Contractor Role; Testing and Professional Services

SoCal Removal performs the contractor field scope defined in its agreement. Independent qualified consultants, laboratories, industrial hygienists, engineers, inspectors, and authorities remain responsible for their respective testing, analysis, design, monitoring, clearance, inspections, approvals, and regulatory determinations when required.

Information on this Site should not be treated as environmental testing, laboratory analysis, industrial hygiene advice, engineering advice, legal advice, or an agency determination.

6. Privacy, Chat Intake, Analytics, and Data Practices

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not operate as a data broker. Under the Site’s current configuration, we do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Site may use server logs, security and bot-protection tools, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs Web Analytics, website forms, chat intake tools, hosting services, email systems, and other information-technology providers to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, review requested work, protect the Site, and maintain appropriate business records.

If you use our chat, contact forms, upload fields, email links, or other intake tools, we collect the information you provide, including contact information, project details, messages, application information, and attachments.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, credit-card information, medical records, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information through the Site, chat, or contact forms. The Site is not an emergency-response channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Removal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

14. Indemnification for Site Misuse

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoCal Removal, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
