Project Forms & Documents

SoCal Removal provides selected project forms, preparation checklists, and public compliance documents to help owners, property managers, general contractors, consultants, and public agencies organize demolition and environmental work before mobilization.

This page is for general project planning and public verification. Final agreements, work authorizations, project-specific scopes, pricing, notices, change orders, and closeout documents are issued directly for each project. Signed project documents control if they differ from a public sample or checklist.

Public License and Certification Documents

Official verification: CSLB license detail, DIR registration search, and EPA lead professional locator.

Project Planning Checklists

These fillable checklists help organize information before scope, schedule, pricing, permits, notifications, mobilization, and closeout requirements are finalized.

Hazardous Materials and Asbestos Project Forms

SoCal Removal is a licensed contractor and does not perform environmental testing, industrial hygiene consulting, laboratory analysis, engineering, or legal services. Project-specific consultant reports, laboratory results, agency direction, permits, and signed documents control.

Residential and Home Improvement Documents

These documents are provided for review and project organization where California home improvement contract requirements may apply. A blank or public sample is not authorization to proceed.

Documents Available by Request

Project-specific documents are issued directly when appropriate and are not posted as public templates. Available documentation may include:

  • Contracts and project planning: Proposals, work orders, change orders, and annual service agreements.
  • Insurance and qualifications: Insurance certificates and applicable endorsements, W-9 forms, licensing records, and project-specific bonding documents.
  • Safety programs: Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), applicable written safety programs, site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, and emergency planning information.
  • Training and certifications: Relevant safety-training certificates, task-specific qualifications, and equipment-operator training records, subject to verification and privacy restrictions.
  • Environmental compliance: Applicable notifications, waste profiles, transportation records, and disposal documentation.
  • Public works and closeout: Certified payroll records for authorized recipients, required submittals, and project closeout packages.

Documents are provided according to project requirements and may be redacted to protect employee, business, and project information.
