- Removed and replaced approximately 6,600 square feet of carpet and LVT in offices, corridors, the kitchen and copy room.
- Removed designated wallcovering, repainted corridors, replaced wall base and blinds, and refinished doors.
- Rebuilt the warming kitchen and copy room with new casework, countertops, fixtures, appliances, flooring and finishes.
- Constructed office separations and related electrical, data and furniture work.
- Managed the schedule, submittals, RFIs, inspections, labor compliance, progress billing, bonding, warranty and closeout.
Execution
Execution in an active municipal building
Work was phased around building operations, environmental prerequisites, retained furniture, trade access, inspections and City documentation. Planned sequencing kept demolition, framing, finishes, building systems and closeout moving under one project plan.
