SoCal Removal performed after-hours concrete work inside RH Outlet Irvine to support a new cash-register layout. The assignment combined slab saw cutting, concrete removal, trench excavation, return of excavated soil and concrete replacement after the electrical trade’s conduit work.

About the retail property

RH’s official store listing identifies its Irvine outlet on Lake Forest Drive. The retailer offers home furnishings, lighting, textiles and décor, making protection of the surrounding sales environment an important part of planning interior work. RH Outlet Irvine.

The project photographs show merchandise close to the work area. The construction task was a targeted change within an existing store.

Creating a route through the slab

The invoice describes a narrow interior trench for the revised register arrangement, with after-hours work beginning at 7 p.m. The scope included cutting and removing concrete, then excavating below the slab to create the route needed by the electrical contractor.

Defining that route before cutting helps connect the demolition work to the new layout. For comparable projects, the slab construction and any embedded systems need to be evaluated before disturbance.

Arranging the return visit

After conduit installation by the electrical trade, SoCal Removal’s scope called for returning the excavated soil and replacing concrete in the trench. That sequence required a clear handoff between removal, electrical work and patching.

This Irvine project demonstrates the planning behind a small retail improvement. SoCal Removal can review after-hours slab removal and selective demolition for Orange County stores with the layout, access rules and trade schedule in hand.
